Thinking abt getting rid of all of my social media and only being able to be online about 1-2 hours a day for necessary things I gotta do. I really want to fix my attention span and do things that will actually help me instead of being addicted to scrolling 😩 Also thinking abt going for a month or so without listening to any music. Cuz I heard some ppl benefit from that. But it will kinda kill my blog cuz half my posts are songs. And I won't get to listen to other's posts :( Idk if I could even do it... or if it would help me in a drastic way. But I think it'll be interesting to see what happens if I go through with it
why no listening to music isnt that actually bad
