Fukiko Ichinomiya..

Love how no matter what she's doing, horse back riding, swimming, etc, or how old she is, Fukiko always has those big beautiful perfectly curled ringlets of hair... even when she was younger than 12 she had the same hairstyle... even after diving into a lake and coming back up crying and screaming on a deck her hair was still gorgeously styled like what's her secret
