Decided to start a gratitude journal cuz apparently it’s really good for you and for happiness y'know. So I finally finished yesterday yayy and it kinda worked I think. Didn't get life changing results but it helped. It made me feel less annoyed at things and enjoy doing stuff I hated more and be slightly happier. I think it also helped with anxiety a little and I became slightly more social. It also helped me appreciate things more. Cuz even if I had a bad day I could still look back and find a few things I was grateful for, and that made the day seem less bad. Idk if I'll continue doing this maybe 3 more weeks to see if it improves my mental health any further
omg bro how do u do these journals without feeling extremely cringe cuz i tried multiple times and i had to stop everytime cuz it felt so forced and cringe
ReplyDeletefr? idk i get cringed out easily but for this journal i didnt really at all. i would just write abt what i was happy that happened that day, even if it was just eating a really good meal or going boxing even when i didnt feel like it
