like hey no i dont want to dream about constantly being chased and hiding and always being on edge and waking up with my heart racing. i dont want to dream about my family members being brutally killed and screaming my heart out while sobbing bruh. i cant watch even a slightly gore-y scene irl man why ๐ญ๐ญ thanks anxiety for making my sleep miserable too ๐ some of my dreams are genuinely so disturbing. i can literally remember only 1 peaceful dream ive had in my life .. like a true peaceful dream no drama/real plot or evil people just nature and warm sunlight and cats ๐๐
