during the day, whenever im about to fall asleep but am fighting not to, i literally hear voices bruh 😭😭like indistinct voices talking and also random sounds and music like trumpet noises. it only happens like RIGHT before im about to succumb to sleep but it goes away if i snap myself out of it. what is this phenomenon... am i crazy or does this happen to a lot of people. this never happens at night only during the day
